Crappy Landlord Causes of Action
It turns out that a property management firm I've sent a few demand letters to is a pile of shit. They routinely keep security deposits from all of their tenants. Can I turn this into a class action? Anything other than a basic breach of contract claim? Any hints on bringing this case?
