I have an interview in St. Louis in two weeks with a small/mid-sized (10-20 lawyers) boutique firm in St. Louis.
I have done some research and found that it looks like the starting salary for big law there is $110k-$120k. Does anyone know what the average salary would look like for smaller firms?

Totally depends. Some small firms like Korein pay 100+. Some pay 40. What kind of firm is it? If it's a lit boutique, you're probably at the high end of that range, but there aren't many firms that small that pay >80 here.

Bryan Cave sets the mark at 125k, and a handful of other firms are right around there, and I know of at least one lit boutique (of the size you're talking about) that matches that

OP here. It is not a lit boutique but they specialize in a very specific area of the law and are very well known in the region for that specific practice area. Any idea?
