Public defender office.
I currently intern with a PD office. Would it be hard after my 1st year to work with the DA's office given my PD employment history?

First, if this post means you're currently a 0L, then you're not allowed to post in this forum yet - you need to post in the "Ask a Law Student/Graduate" forum.Anonymous User wrote:I currently intern with a PD office. Second, you may want to read through (but not post in) the Prosecution/PD Gunner post here: http://top-law-schools.com/forums/viewt ... 3&t=155423. The issue of going back and forth between DA/PD has been discussed at least a few times.
