Trying to figure out whether applying to NJ bar will lead problems when applying to NY. I may have to explain some stuff and attend a hearing in NJ (assuming worst case scenario here). NJ does all this C&F stuff before you take the actual bar exam unlike NY. If NJ rejects me, can they tell NY about it, why they rejected me, or anything of the sort? Will I have to disclose to NY?
(NY would not reject me or ask about the potential issue since the application doesn't cover the potential issue. I've made sure of this and would not be skirting or running up against any gray ethical lines.)
