Anyone else get a call today? Native Texan, UT Law. I was pretty surprised to get a call before grades came out. Can anyone else fill me in on what this actually means? Are the odds decent I'll get a position or are they just gonna interview me and say "wait till grades come out."

Don't worry about it. Focusing on your grades right now should be your top/only priority.
