If Hank Greenberg (CEO of AIG) fires David Boies (BSFLLP)...
is there cause for concern for incoming SA's or current junior associates at BSFLLP?
saw a segment on FBN about turmoil between the two…

Yes because Greenberg is, in fact, Boies Schiller's only client and the firm literally has no other source of revenue.

Hank Greenberg is a 90 year old individual. Hard to believe that BSFLLP is staking their future on that one client. (And more to the point, it's unclear what the alleged "turmoil" between Boies and his client is. Is your idea that Greenberg would fire Boies because Boies provided a professional courtesy to an opposing lawyer?)

You should be more worried about the fact that Boies is 72, and whether there is any type of succession plan at BSF.Anonymous User wrote:is there cause for concern for incoming SA's or current junior associates at BSFLLP?

On the plus side, the twisted hatred and spit derived from a life of practicing law makes some people remarkably immune to death.
