Question for California Bar applicants - the Character and Fitness form seems to indicate that you aren't required to report arrests that did not result in conviction. That surprises me, does anyone who recently applied for C&F happen to know if that understanding is correct?
Also, I was under the impression we were supposed to report speeding tickets and that sort of thing, but there's no question about that on the C&F app. I feel like I'm missing something.

Re: Reporting Arrest to CA Bar
1) This isn't really about legal employment.
2) This sounds like asking for legal advice. If you need help with a particular C&F issue, look at what resources the state bar association or your law school might offer you.
