I am thinking of applying for a Long Beach volunteer position. Los Angeles City Attorney is not sure if they are going to continue their volunteer positions going forward. The basic gist is that you get some training and some actual trials in exchange for 3 months of volunteer work.
The Los Angeles County DA is going to be hiring entry level positions. They will accept applications in December but they would not actually start until late spring. I could get a little experience in the mean time and have a lot more to talk about in the interviews.
Is anyone else going this route?
