Applying to Multiple Practice Groups
I want to work in a large or mid-sized firm, with a preference in working in the corporate department, but I am also interested in real estate (commercial). I previously sent in my resume to a firm seeking a position in their corporate group. Nothing came of it. But now there is a posted opening in their real estate group. Can I still apply? Or does applying to a second group make me look like I am not committed to specific practice area? Whats the etiquette here?
