Still waiting on two callbacks. Anyone else still waiting?

Same, two here as well. I know I'm on the waiting list of one (they know they're my top choice) and I suspect I'm on the waiting list of the second.

Also waiting to hear back from two firms. My rejections probably got lost somewhere. Been two months since both CBs

Still waiting on a satellite office.

They've got a small class so not only do they already have a wonky schedule in comparison to larger offices, it's been impossible to get news (e.g. other offers).

Me too. I have a feeling were talking about the same office. Are they only hiring one SA?

Yes, but it was a late CB (two weeks ago) after they apparently didn't get everything they wanted out of OCI.

OP here -- mine were 2 and 3 weeks ago, respectively, both in California. I think my rejection(s) got lost in the mail too

Also been waiting for over two weeks. Do offers normally go out right after hiring committee meets? Or do they do background checks/verify grades before making an offer ?

No. 3-4.

They did warn me though...that they made their placement decisions based on "concensus" and that it "took a while." Looking at old threads about them, I've heard horror stories about never hearing back into january and I hope that doesn't happen to me. They are my last, best chance at biglaw.

This callback was in the beginning of September though. So I suspect I'm proper fucked.

E: classmate who went on the cb with me got a rejection week of the 14th though so there's that. vOv

3L, had a CB 6 wks ago at a v10 firm. Heard of ppl getting rejection letters, nothing about offers yet.
