I have an interview scheduled for next week. Is there any way I can prepare beyond knowing what the SEC and its divisions do?
Are there any specific questions I should know the answer to, and what is a good answer to the question, "Why do you want to work for us?"

Re: SEC Honors Program Interview
Make sure you have a working knowledge of Dodd-Frank and the JOBS Act. While they don't ask about it in every interview, sometimes it does come up. Certin provisions you think are great, others you are not so sure about. If you are interviewing with enforcement, this probabally won't come up. Good Luck!

Interviewed recently and didn't have any Dodd Frank questions. Good luck.
