Anyone have any experience with in-house in Seattle?
Accordingly, is anyone aware of any companies that are hiring for in-house internships?

I would imagine Microsoft and Amazon would be a good place to start. Maybe Boeing.

Amazon.com has a 9 month long internship program (runs September through May). They interview in the Spring for the following school year.
Drugstore.com also hires interns and generally does so throughout the year.
I also believe Getty images sometimes hires interns.
