I am trying to figure out the salary structure at K&L Gates in Pittsburgh, does anyone have any insight into whether they follow a lockstep formula (and if so, what it is) or some other system?
The only info I have found is outdated but it shows a system of annual increases of $5k-$15k based on performance.

Also, does anyone have any insight into the market or office. I've read the other thread on here about it but anything new is always great to know.

A lot of K&L love on TLS these days. I too have some questions about the firm.
All I have heard from people there is that the salary increase and bonus structure is "not great."

For all the threads popping up about K&L (and K&L Pittsburgh) there seems to be little substantive info. I wonder if people truly enjoy working for the firm?
