Currently deciding between these two firms. Not sure if I want to do litigation or transactions. Any input about either of these firms would be greatly appreciated. Thanks y'all.

can't believe this is a question. OM&M, big time status in LA, SUN, BABES, LESS HOURS, SAME PAY

just kidding. sort of. it really does depend on whether you want to be in NYC or LA bro. Good luck. Proskauer = amazing NYC offices. Of Mice and Men O Melveny and Myers = amazingly collegial reputation, all my friends with cb's there raved about it... albeit i can only speak to their NY office, but the based in LA thing has got to have something to do with it.
