Is one perceived as stronger than the other in certain types of litigation? Any major difference in terms of work/life balance?

Kramer Levin definitely known for having a terrific work-life balance. Top notch litigation shop as well: one of the nicest places in NYC to work.

OP here.
Previous Poster, thanks so much - is this something you've heard as an associate at another firm? From associates currently at Kramer?

Would have to give the edge to Kramer on gen lit, especially securities and ADR. My friends who are assocs at Kramer constantly rave about the people and the culture there. Pretty nice digs as well.

Yes, have heard as an associate at another firm, but also from quite a few associates I know in the litigation group at Kramer as well. Have actually yet to hear anything negative about the firm, which, quite frankly, is pretty impressive for an NY firm these days.Anonymous User wrote:OP here.
