Last year FF sent a very large duffel bag with the firm's name embroidered on the side. Quality travel bag.

Boston firms like to do cold weather stuff - fleeces and blankets and such. But that's more of a winter thing than immediately post acceptance, obviously.

Edit because I remembered on a related note -
Bear in mind that if you have a school with an early recruiting timeline and accept an offer early on, the recruiting people from your firm are usually still happy to invite you to the events they throw to try to convince the later accepters. And those tend to be really good dinners because they're trying to impress people.

K&E New York sent brownies this year too. They shipped from "Blissful Brownies" in Portland, OR and had an ornate plant-heavy logo so some people at my school got really excited until they realized that they were from a law firm.
