How to interview w/ people in wrong practice group?

Post by Anonymous User » Thu Sep 19, 2013 12:33 pm

I just got my schedule for a callback and NONE of the attorneys are in any of the several practice areas I'm interested in--not even remotely. The firm does plenty of work in "my" areas. Do I address this in my interviews?

Of course, but at least pretend to be interested in their practice areas. People love to talk about what they do, so ask questions about their practice area and follow up with another question if something they say piques your interest.
