Offer Etiquette
So I've received a SA offer via a voicemail from a very respectable firm I certainly would be okay with, but I am waiting to hear back from a few other firms. I plan on calling back firm granting the offer and essentially saying, "I got your voicemail but I want to wait until I hear back from these other guys." Any advice on making that phone call less awkward/miserable?

Re: Offer Etiquette
"I'm waiting on all my options before I make a decision." This is pretty common so they should understand. Unless they're particularly small, this isn't a problem. You have to learn to talk to them honestly if you expect to work there successfully and as a lawyer generally..Anonymous User wrote:So I've received a SA offer via a voicemail from a very respectable firm I certainly would be okay with, but I am waiting to hear back from a few other firms.
