Has anyone heard back from this office? I interviewed awhile ago (3.5 weeks) and nothing yet..

This office seriously needs to get its act together. Who is the main HR/recruiter here? This is the most unresponsive, unreliable place I've interviewed at--they don't even give you notice when they promise to give you notice.

FWIW, I have a friend at the firm who says morale is incredibly low in light of recent layoffs and a lack of work.
