I had three call backs one two weeks ago, the other two one week ago. Should I worry? When is it too soon to contact the firms?
Thanks

It all depends on the firm, specifically when their hiring committee meets. Also, it is always ALWAYS ALWAYS too soon to contact firms about callbacks. You do not tell them to hurry up, you do not send LOCIs, nothing. Sit and wait and mass mail.

whoa there. OP, if you have something to say to the firm, or an email to the recruiter reminding them what a good time you had or telling them that after other callbacks their firm has emerged as one of your top choices, then reach out. Don't over think shit, firms are made up of people. Don't be overbearing, but communicate if you have something to say.hichvichwoh wrote:It all depends on the firm, specifically when their hiring committee meets.
