Crowell Moring DC Offers

Post by Anonymous User » Tue Sep 03, 2013 9:02 pm

If you have received one, could you please post in this thread? I actually don't care about stats at all, I just know that this firm recently changed their hiring practices/schedule, and am curious what news others have had.

So again, if you have heard, can you just post when you interviewed and when you heard? Thanks.

Could you elaborate in how they changed their hiring practices?

I actually can't, because although the recruiting coordinator told me in detail how they've changed, I really just don't remember. However, I know in the past they used to interview on different dates, and they had a different callback process. They've moved from a non-traditional process where people come to you to a more-traditional process of being escorted around the office.

I'm actually fairly certain the recruiter told me when to expect to hear as well, but I've forgotten, hence the thread.

Last year they brought you and 5-6 other candidates in at the same time and then put you each in an office. Then, the interviewers rotated between the offices until they'd each seen everyone. Afterwards there was a cocktail hour with all of the candidates, interviewers, and any other attorneys who wanted to stop by.
