Had a CB on Monday morning and still haven't heard back from them. Should I start worrying? DNCG.

So you get an offer on Saturday? or did you mean three business day, ie you got your offer the next monday

It seems to me that their hiring committee meets on Friday to make decisions. So you should hear from them on Monday. But next Monday is labor day, so you may hear from them on Tuesday.

They told me that not enough people accepted their offers last summer and now they are scrambling for 3Ls and they asked all of their current summers to reach out to 3L friends who might want to switch over to STB.
