I got an offer from one of my top choice firms, so I want to cancel some callbacks for firms that I am less interested in. Does anyone have a sample email or good speech prepared on how to do this nicely? I'm not trying to be a dick or burn any bridges, but I don't want to waste anyone's time on callbacks that I'm not interested in.
Also - sorry if this is repetitive. I tried to search the forums but I was having trouble finding an answer to this.

Re: Canceling Callbacks
Some honesty will probably be your best bet. Basically give them the same thing you get in rejection letters. "While your firm is one of the best, I am accepting an offer elsewhere. I wanted to make sure I was not wasting your firms resources. Wish your firm the best of luck in all their endeavors."Anonymous User wrote:I got an offer from one of my top choice firms, so I want to cancel some callbacks for firms that I am less interested in.
