I've received an offer with Latham DC, and I really liked the people. I want to do lit, and their work in DC seems right up my alley. I have some NY CBs coming up (Kaye, Proskauer, Dechert) that I'm pretty sure I would pick Latham over. I don't want to waste their time or money or take CB slots from anyone else, but before I cancel them, is there anything I'm not seeing? I.e. would they be ostensibly be better for litigation?
Gracias.
