Mass Mailing (Philadelphia)
I know it's pretty late in the game, but is it too late to start mass mailing firms in the Philadelphia/ Wilmington area? I'm at a T-30, but have strong local ties to the area.

You're late in the sense that the local schools are done OCI with those firms, but CBs around here are generally through September (though some have started as early as last week).
MM ASAP and you can still probably snag something if you're a competitive candidate.
