I have a second interview slash callback with the managing partner of an up-and-coming firm (as well as another partner whose name graces the door).
Should I treat this interview any different than normal? I feel like I could be a bit more aggressive in my tonality and expression. I erred on the side of very friendly during most of my screeners. This guy is like a 9-10 time back to back super lawyer and every other award those companies give out.

Re: Callback/Interview with managing partner
I am not sure I understand the crisis here. Just put your best foot forward, like you would for any other interview. I really can't advise you how to put your pants on in the morning just like you really can't advise me whether to eat fruit loops instead of cheerios. I'll just assume it took you some skill and talent to get to this point and that you can use them, just as you have until now, to ace the interview.Should I treat this interview any different than normal?
