Can someone please help me find a listing of the CN pay scale? Also, is GS-9 what a law school grad can expect?

You can find the salary, along with the grade, of every federal employee. I would search by agency (just type "consumer" and it'll come up) and occupation, and you can see the lowest paid attorney is in the CN-51 band, making about $72k.
