I completed my summer associate gig with a V80-V100 firm last week without receiving a single negative review. I hail, however, from a TTT. After 1L, I was at the top of my class.
2L year was rough, for many reasons, and I am now only in the top 15-20%. Before making offers, the firm (for whatever reason) is requesting an unofficial transcript.
How screwed am I?
Edit: I'm also a recipient of a diversity scholarship, but not a URM.
