I searched the forum for this, but couldn't seem to find definitive answers to some of my questions regarding mass mailings. I recently submitted my OCI bid list (pure lottery and all firms get my resume), but I won't find out about lottery results or journal/LR until the end of the month. Three related questions:
1. Is it advisable to start mass mailing firms I did not bid on for OCI (but came to OCI) before LR/journal results in this situation (i.e. now)?
2. If answer to #1 is yes, should I wait to mass mail firms that I bid on for OCI, but have pretty much a 0% chance of getting in the lottery? Or do I wait until I get my lottery results to tailor the email accordingly?
3. Finally, my school has a "Resume Collect" Program, do I mass mail firms that I am also sending my resume to through this program?
