What snacks do you guys eat at work

So I eat a small breakfast at around 7am and always get hungry at around 10. Can't wait till noon for lunch. Then i get hungry at around 4. What snacks should I bring to work to chew at?

High fiber snacks are pretty good at alleviating appetite.

chocolate. there is a candy jar at work and i just cannot resist.

i also take fruit or yogurt or something healthy.

Usually almonds if I need a snack, but my normal response to hunger is just to down a bunch of water.

big breakfast holds me over till 1 or so and kashi bars for the late afternoon hunger seem to do the trick for me.

Trailmix and dried berries. super filling and good for you (just avoid the mixes that douse the seeds/nuts in salt or coat the dried fruit in sugar).

Apples... chips... cookies...

Sometimes I grab a second, smaller breakfast after getting to work, and that gets me to lunch.
