Law Journal email asking for phone number?
I just got an email asking for my phone number stating that decisions for a secondary law journal are coming out in the next few days. Is this the good sign it seems to be, or just standard operating procedure?

They probably call the people they reject, and email the people they accept.
Or they sent out that email to everyone who submitted an application.

Actually...not ridiculous. I got the email asking for my contact info, but did not get a call (or email) and others received acceptance calls a few days ago. The email may have been bcc'd to everyone who applied - but it's a pretty major downer not to get the call when the email requesting my contact information sounded so promising. Now I'm just waiting for the email of rejection.
