CK suit
Is this suit ok for interviews/OCI (--LinkRemoved--)? My main concern is that the site says it's shiny; I'm not sure what that means. I hope to interview at a couple of very traditional firms, so I would like to dress conservatively.

Re: CK suit
That's way too expensive for that. I'd get a suit from Brooks Brothers, Suit Supply or JAB Signature and up instead.

Re: CK suit
As a general rule, don't buy suits from fashion brands like CK, Van Huesen etc.

Re: CK suit
As far as CK goes, they make some of the best dress shirts for the price. Go to Macy's or something when they have a sale, and you can find some really great CK shirts sometimes less than $40 each. I'm always getting compliments on those shirts, and they are some of my favs. 100% cotton, non-iron, nice subtle patterns, etc. As you can see, I'm all about them.
Haven't looked into their suits though. And I agree that, for that price, you can likely do even better if you wait for a sale.

BB suit prices drop to around 400 during their july sale? Def might check that out. I still have a few JAB suits from OCI and my SA last summer, but looking to get a few new ones, and I'm def looking into BB and Hugo Boss if they can be had for a good price.Danger Zone wrote:But dat price tag brudda. You can get Hickey-Freeman and other far nicer suits for $550 or less at Neiman's Last Call on sale or at Saks Off Fifth.
