reckless driving & Biglaw
Just wondering if anyone out there can tell me the likely impact on big law job prospects for a person with a reckless driving offense (not drinking-related) and an otherwise squeaky clean record. Do you think that your firm would rescind an offer if the offense occurred after the offer was accepted and one with such an offense disclosed it properly on the background check?

No, I don't think the firm is going to rescind your offer.
