I'm a rising 3L. My first year GPA was ~3.3 at a TT law school, not good enough for biglaw. However, this year I've bumped the GPA up to ~3.5 after missing the OCI boat. Am I doomed to the lower bimodal salary figures, or are there hoards of people like me?
How do I get back in to the race for jobs after graduation?

Thanks. I joined a firm that made massive leverage mistakes when they hired too many associates and clerks without an increase in business...and then had to let people go with a "sorry" and a letter of recommendation just to stay afloat.
I was one of those people. Law is fun.
