Real Estate Broker as an Attorney
Good Morning: Anyone on here a real estate broker? I am looking into certification in Illinois - a licensed attorney does not need to take any pre-req classes. How tough is the exam? Any prep materials recommended? I am looking at this as a way to make a bit of money on the side.
