Any other 3L's that have a V10/V50/V100 offer and....
1. haven't put in much effort since 1L/OCI, and
2. Grades have dropped significantly, and
3. Are really hoping 1 & 2 don't matter because you did very well as a SA.

Your firm isn't going to care, but it might sting a bit during lateraling. Not much you can do now.Anonymous User wrote:Any other 3L's that have a V10/V50/V100 offer and....

Is there any way they'll know? Do firms ask for a transcript right before you start your Associateship?Anonymous User wrote:Any other 3L's that have a V10/V50/V100 offer and....

Once you rearrange your resume to put work experience near the top, that GPA gets pretty buried. Yes, I realize that honors may appear on your firm profile, but you can have plenty of other impressive info on there. And if you're a likable person with decent networking skills heading to a good firm where you get solid experience, I seriously doubt that GPA/honors will play a role in lateral movement.Anonymous User wrote:Any other 3L's that have a V10/V50/V100 offer and....
