OCI performance of minority women T30
Generally speaking, how do minority women in T30s that have predominantly white student bodies fare in terms of getting job offers? (assuming they have decent GPAs)
Does being one of the very few AAs/Asians/Hispanics tend to hurt or help? Or is grade the only thing that makes a difference?

Impossible to quantify, but it probably helps. You'll probably get more interviews via minority job fairs. More interviews = more likely to get a job. That's about it though.Anonymous User wrote:Generally speaking, how do minority women in T30s that have predominantly white student bodies fare in terms of getting job offers? The more visually apparent your minority status, the better you will tend to do. T30 students overall have very difficult times getting jobs, so I wouldn't count on getting anything just because you're a double minority (woman + URM)

My anecdotal experience suggests close to median grades and/or trial team = offer at a 100k+ NLJ 250.

Being an AA women is not as good as being an AA man. I know that for sure. Can't really give too much more info tho.

Some minorities are more desirable than others. So it depends what kind of minority.
