Thoughts on Day Pitney (Hartford)?
Seems like a strong firm if you're interested in northeastern practice, but does it get crowded out reputation-wise by other firms in the area? Any insight as to the working environment or exit options?

I've heard that they expect near-market hours at below market wages, and while COL is lower in Hartford than NYC, it's not really enough to make up for the difference. If you want a strong "northeastern" practice you'd be better off in NYC or Boston, but I guess if you have to go to CT for some reason, your options are pretty limited anyway.
