Working for a non-profit law firm

Post by Anonymous User » Tue Apr 09, 2013 9:47 pm

I recently received an offer with decent pay and great benefits from a non-profit firm. I was wondering what the pros/cons are to working in a non-profit vs. a normal law firm.

Good for you ITE...Cons are low job growth/$$$ growth potential. From my experience talking to ppl who went this route, salaries stay pretty much stagnant and it is hard to get a promotion unless someone leaves/dies.
