Declining Interview with Judge

Post by Anonymous User » Thu Mar 21, 2013 6:30 pm

A judge emailed me today to request an interview, but I already accepted an externship with another judge and therefore need to decline.

Anybody have any idea how I politely decline in an email?

Also, is it more appropriate to address the judge as "your honor" or "judge ...." ?
