C&F- do they collect your old employment applications

For anyone that has been through C&F do they collect your old employment applications? Or just law school application?

I HIGHLY doubt it... are you worried because you lied on your old employment apps or you want to lie on your c&f.

Don't lie on your C&F.

Exactly how the C&F investigations are carried out varies from state to state. In my state, Ohio, they sent a form to all my former employers to fill out. I never saw the form, but based on the forms they sent to my law school and references - I don't think they asked for very much information. The forms to the law school and my references asked only a few questions, and they were like "what was your relationship with the applicant?" and "are you aware of any reason the applicant would be unfit to practice law".

I think it's unlikely that your employment applications will be requested unless the employer indicates the need for further review.

They may have gotten my law school apps from LSAC - but I'm not sure.
