Best Way To Turn Down Offer?
What's the best way to turn down an offer from a judge (actually his clerk since she's the only one I've talked to)? Phone? Email? Should I say I accepted another offer?

I like the email option because it's generally the least awkward. And yes, you should say you've already accepted elsewhere.
