Hi,
I have a screener in two days with a major investment bank's GC. I'm wondering what types of questions they typically ask in these interviews. Are they pretty much the same as a big firm interview? I'm a little bit concerned because I don't have any capital markets coursework under my belt - just corporations and a M&A seminar. I am taking an IPO seminar now, but i have yet to take sec reg or cap markets. Any help, advice, or insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Re: 2L Big Bank Summer Associate Screener - HELP
Does this turn into a FT job?
I imagine it will be a lot of fit. Stress taking corporations, and read a bit on the state of banking generally. If they wanted finance people your resume probably would have counted you out earlier.
