Time to hear back from CB for 1L SA?

Post by longhorns89 » Tue Feb 05, 2013 12:54 am

How long does it typically (if there is a typical time range) take to hear back from a 1L CB? Had one at TX biglaw firm almost 2 weeks ago and haven't heard even a timeline for when I might hear about an offer or rejection. Starting to get jumpy every time someone calls me during normal business hours...

I am wondering this as well. But I think it largely depends on whether you were one of the first CBs or the last. If you were the first CB you could be waiting weeks. If you were the last, you could hear that week. Who knows! BUT I KNOW ITS ANNOYING

It can be days. It can be weeks. You might never hear back.

Also sitting on 4 weeks. All the firms explicitly said that the timetable is longer than 2L OCI.
