Hi,
After the 1st year, is it possible to declare/become a Michigan resident? My understanding is that you must have a permanent resident place there -- so, like an apartment would count? I ask because in-state residents should get a break at U of Michigan law tuition, right?
Anyone know how this is done or if this is allowed??

Re: Michigan Residency ?
Affirmatively trying to get yourself labeled a resident of Michigan?
That sounds terrible.
