Clerkship -> Consulting
Currently in a term federal clerkship. T2, strong regional school on west coast. I definitely don't have the pedigree for McKinsey or Bain, but has anyone else done this? My resume screams litigation right now, but I'm realizing that I really enjoy the business side of things and don't want to practice law. Any advice/insight would be appreciated.

Re: Clerkship -> Consulting
You're fighting an uphill battle coming from a T2 with a weak resume. If you can get first round interviews you really need to be prepped. I would do a lot of homework and cross your fingers.
Most of the consulting firms have non-traditional (JD) hiring programs, you should just apply through those channels since you're unlikely to get any traction from recruiters.
