Dentons Merger
anyone have input on the Dentons merger? what they are telling people in US offices about cuts/hiring. Seems positive, but indication of trouble?

I saw that SNR was previously in talks with Haynes and Boone, Locke Lord, and Thompson & Knight about possibly merging. Obviously none of that went through, but it makes me wonder why it was targeting these Dallas-based firms.
