Anybody here employed by Nelson Mullins. I recently started here. Would like to hear any anecdotal impressions. Also, does the firm culture and business vary substantially by practice area and office location?

I had two friends that summered in their DC office. Both reported awful working environment, terrible partners, unhappy associates. Didn't sound like a good place to be. Ymmv.

I attempted to contact them in hopes of getting an interview for an SA since they did not recruit at my school. I e-mailed (4) individuals and never got a response from any of them even though my qualifications seemed to be inline with what they usually took. Huge turn off for me.
