UCONN Grad - How are the hours at Day Pitney / W&D / Ship Good compared to NYC biglaw / other secondary markets?

Day Pitney is a sweatshop. While the hours/sense-of-competition there is not quite as bad as NYC big law, it does rival the secondary markets.
S&G is much more humane. Can't speak meaningfully of W&D because I haven't had conversations w/someone who has personal knowledge.
