Current Development Publication
I know some journals will let their members write case comments and comments on recent developments and then publish them. How valuable would getting one of these published be for clerkship applications? As compared to getting a full student note published?

it's not your grades, membership on LR, or a connection to the judge, so whether or not it matters is basically dependent on the judge and hard to gauge. Probably won't have an impact, really.
